Torta Milanese

Brioche dough

1 1/2 Lb.
Eggs (scrambled , cooked & cooled) 8
Fontina Cheese (Grated) 6 Cups
Spinach (cooked) 2 Bunches
Roasted Peppers 1 Can
Mushrooms (Sautéed) 2 Cups

 

PROCEDURE:

1.      in a spring form pan food spray and line the bottom with parchment paper

2.      roll out your brioche dough and lay dough in the pan leaving a lip on top

3.      layer the bottom with cheese, spinach, eggs, cheese, peppers, and mushrooms duplicating layer if needed

4.      fill the top of the pan with the layers and roll out a piece of the dough to seal the top crimp the sides to
    hold together and brush top with egg wash and if any dough left over make a decoration

5. bake for 45 minutes in the oven let cool and un mold

6. slice and serve
