Spinach salad with bacon dressing
Ingredients:

| Spinach (washed and picked) |
8 oz |
| Bacon (diced) |
2 slices |
| Balsamic vinegar |
¼ cup |
| Honey |
3 Tblsp |
| Canola oil |
½ cup |
| Red onion (minced) |
½ |
Garnish:
Sliced red onion and
chopped boiled egg
Procedure:
- In a heavy pot cook bacon until crispy.
- Add onion and continue to cook
- Add honey vinegar and slowly add the oil while
stirring
- Keep warm.
- Place spinach in a salad bowl and right before serving
toss with dressing, garnish with egg and onion.
